Caitlin Reistle is a digital marketing manager and social media content creator with quality experience in a wide variety of industries including sports, casino and gaming, dining, retail, politics, news, education, the wellness industry, and more.
Caitlin attended high school at Washington Township High School in Sewell, New Jersey. She then went on to attend Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in May of 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Media Studies with both Graphic Design and Marketing Minors. Her experience with social media management and graphic design began at the end of her freshman year of college in 2020 when she was asked to begin the role of Social Media Manager for Saint Joseph’s University Dance Team. As a member of the team as both a dancer and social media manager, Caitlin got to combine her love for collegiate dance and graphic design to drive membership and brand awareness. In the 3 years, Caitlin was in this role, their Instagram account (@sjuhawks_dance) gained 2,000+ followers, and a brand kit was created to ensure success in the future of the role. Through this position, Caitlin utilized and improved her skills in design, videography, video editing, content/media day management, communications, and social media management. In her senior year, she won the title of Division 1 Pom National Champion with the SJU Dance Team, the program’s first national title in 8 years.
In 2021 she worked as a Digital Media and Community Partner Consultant for the Beautiful Social Research Collaborative, a community-engaged writing program within the Department of Communication and Media Studies at Saint Joseph’s University. She worked on a team to collaborate with a local Philadelphia K-8 school, Samuel Gompers School to give the Gompers community a website that would clearly and effectively communicate their mission as educators to uplift the voices of the next generation. The website was built off of their existing site which the School District of Philadelphia mandated.
In 2022, Caitlin was recruited by her journalism professor, and staff advisor of the Hawk Newspaper to begin the role of Social Media Co-Manager. This role required journalism and teamwork skills to complete weekly social plans. The goal of the social media team was to direct engagement to the website and physical copies of that week’s issue. Her favorite aspect of this role was the ability to be involved in important social issues and current events being shared with the SJU community and the local Philadelphia area. This role was challenging because she learned the balance between creativity and informed design.
In May of 2023, 2 days after graduation, Caitlin began her position as a Social Media Assistant at Magnum Integrated Marketing in Collingswood, New Jersey. Here, she manages a variety of Magnum’s clients in different industries including hospitality & entertainment, casino & gaming, retail, food & beverage, politics, and education. She hopes to one day focus her talents on one client and have the opportunity to be more involved in shooting content. In addition to this role, she also has taken on Account Executive work at Magnum to Assist Senior Account Managers in daily tasks to improve the flow of project management. These tasks include managing job requests from clients and communicating with designers, updating client websites, and constructing and sending email blasts.
In October 2024, Caitlin played a key role in opening and operating Skin Retreat Med Spa, where she led sales, marketing, branding, and daily operations from the ground up. She combined her expertise in digital marketing, content creation, client experience, and healthcare operations to help launch and grow the business, supporting everything from campaign strategy and community partnerships to front desk flow, scheduling, and HIPAA-compliant processes. Being part of the opening and day-to-day success of a small business was an especially meaningful experience, allowing her to apply her skills hands-on while helping build something personal, intentional, and community-focused from the very beginning.
In addition to her work, Caitlin’s passions include dancing, spending time with her family and friends, pop-culture podcasts, and anything related to true crime.
